As adults it’s not easy to keep mentally healthy in the world we live. We have many responsibilities that we must answer to: taking care of the family, kids, our spouse, pets, paying bills, the yard, the house. There is very little time to keep ourselves centered. But, if we don’t, the obvious “action-reaction” is that our lives become ‘off-centered’.
We are no help to our children if we don’t have answers ourselves. We cannot be there for our spouse if we are ‘barely there’ at all. Keeping ourselves healthy in mind, body and soul is important in helping others.
